Are your products Organic, Vegan & Gluten free?
Yes! Portlandia Foods certifies all products with an FDA certified partner. All food products will display the certifier logo in the form of a "bug" or the "certified by" on each food label.
How does Portlandia Foods address today's food packaging options and concerns?
Our big three priorities are food safety, food quality and clean packaging. As such, all of our glass is 100% recyclable, and all of the corrugated cardboard boxes are made from 100% "post consumer" recycled content.
Are there HFCS or artificial sweeteners in your food?
Not a chance. Our core mission is to provide healthier alternatives to everyday foods. With our products, you can rest easy knowing you will never find high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), sodium benzoate or any artificial sweeteners. We create products with ingredients as close to their original natural state as possible.
Do I need to refrigerate your products?
Nope. The natural acidity in our products allows for shelf stability. However, stability after opening will be affected by storage conditions. See the packaging for safe handling on specific Portlandia Foods products.
How do I know it’s safe to make a payment?
The Portlandia Foods website is powered by Shopify. Shopify automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits. This is the highest level of encryption that is commercially available.
What is the shelf life of Portland Ketchup?
The Shelf Life of Portlandia Food products can vary depending on type of food and packaging. Portlandia Foods does not use industrial preservatives in our food, which may result in shorter shelf life than other similar food products on the market. There will always be a "best by" date stamped on the package for reference.

How fast will my purchases be delivered?
Most shipping times range between 3-5 businesses day depending on location. All damaged or unsatisfactory product will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
How do I change my order after purchasing?
It takes us about 24-48 hours to process an order. If a mistake happens, please contact us right away because once your package is in the mail no changes can be made.
How do I make a return?
