Cherry Cardamom Matcha
This merry matcha mocktail was brought to us by Blake Hill sales team member, LeighAnne! It’s a drink she has been making for herself and we just had to share it with our friends at Dona and Putnam’s vine/yard.

Blake Hill Tart Cherry with Cardamom & Port

Instructions.

Coat Tart Cherry Jam on the bottom and lower sides of the glass.

Throw in ice and add oat milk.

Make the matcha, add two small scoops of matcha powder to a small bowl, add a little boiling water, then whisk until smooth.

Top the glass with matcha. If you want the matcha to sit on the top of the glass to achieve the layers, pour the matcha over the back of a spoon into the glass.
